Clarke said that in the wake of Thursday's shooting in Dallas that so far as resulted in the deaths of five police officers he hopes presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump emerges victorious over presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in this November's presidential election.
