Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke spoke about public safety at the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland.
"Safety is a shared endeavor," Sheriff Clarke said. "It starts with a willing acceptance of people to play by society's rules." He stated a lot of the actions from the Occupy movement and the Black Lives Matter movement as "anarchy."
