Shin Splints

I've been working out and running for some time now, but lately my shins have been throbbing and aching while running. Any advice on how to get rid of the pain?

You to rest, it needs time to heal. You can't rush back, if you start exercising before your shin splints have healed, you could hurt yourself permanently.
