Suspect allegedly kills teenager with machete during argument

Police have arrested a man for allegedly killing a teenager with a machete during an argument in Hempstead, N.Y.
David Sadler, 45, hacked 17-year-old Terrance Grier to death with a machete, authorities said Saturday.
Police say they were called to a Hempstead home Friday evening. According to authorities, the two got into a heated argument, and then Sadler sliced the victim in the neck with a machete.
"He won't jump anyone else again, let's put it that way," said Sadler, "everyone saw it. They know what happened, they didn't do anything about it"
A witness says Sadler allegedly waited for the teenager to walk pass Sadler's home, and then confronted him.
Police didn't did not release any information on whether Grier ever robbed Sadler.
Police say the suspect fled the scene, however they quickly found and arrested him.
Grier was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
When police questioned Sadler where he got the machete, he laughed and told them he purchased it on Craigslist.
Sadler is being charged with second degree murder. He has pled not guilty, and is being held without bail.

Is there something in the water that we are drinking causing the desire to kill for a certain few? It does not matter what Grier did; chopping and killing him with a machete was way out of line. Sadler bought the machete on craigslist in preparation to kill this teen. Thankfully he is in the hands of the police.
