Las Vegas police have identified the person responsible for fatally shooting one person and injuring another while riding a RTC bus on the Las Vegas Strip.
Authorities have identified the gunman in a statement as Rolando Cardenas, 55. The shooting happened just before 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Assistant Sheriff Tom Roberts stated that Cardenas behaved as if he had “some mental issues” while the SWAT team negotiators tried to convince him out of the bus.
Cardenas was arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder and several other charges. He is being held without bail.
