Trooper Helps Couple Announce To Family They're Pregnant With Special Warning. A young couple on the way to tell their family they were pregnant was pulled over by a New Jersey State Trooper. Officer Charles Olsen says the soon-to-be father told him the situation so he decided to take it easy on the husband and wife. He went back to his cruiser and, instead of giving them a speeding ticket, let them off with a special warning they'd be happy to share with their parents.
