- Gallatin Police Department officials have released body cam and dash cam video of a fatal officer involved shooting. The shooting happened Wednesday morning. Gallatin officers were responding to a call from assistance from Sumner County Deputies. Due to the level of public interest and because this was a fatal shooting involving a police officer below is the video in its entirety. Please note its graphic nature.
