Police have released video online showing officers firing at an auto theft suspect as he was attempting to flee. According to police reports, 48 bullets were fired at the driver, Rodrigo Garcia. The suspect was hit seven times including once in the head, but survived the shooting. Police claim Rodrigo put officers lives in danger resulting in officers firing in self defense.
