- Catch me if you can! Naked man outruns Texas cops trying to subdue him with pepper spray and gets on TOP of a police cruiser during bizarre rush-hour chase. Incident occurred in San Antonio during the Wednesday night commute Stark-naked man jumped atop police cruiser as cops tried to subdue him. Also managed to escape getting pepper sprayed. Finally he was arrested and facing criminal mischief and evading arrest.
