- Texas, Houston, August 12, 2016 - the responding officer also got a flat tire during the chase and caught up with Williams after the pickup crash. He is now charged with two drug possession counts, evading arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A judge set his bond at $70,000 total.
