• A car carrying three off-duty New Jersey police officers crashed into a truck while driving the wrong way on a New York City highway, killing one officer and another person and leaving two other officers critically injured, officials said.

What a horror! I wonder what happened to them that they were doing on the wrong side of the road, were they under a certain influence, that is sad, I wish them a quick recovery and may the dead soul rest in peace

I wondered how this could have happened. According to this link, the cops were on their way home from a strip club, had possibly been drinking, and were driving on the wrong side of the highway when the collision occurred!
