A Portland woman thought she caught a grand theft auto on surveillance camera, but it turned out to be one crazy mix-up. Erin Hatzi reported her 2001 red Subaru stolen and her home security camera confirmed that someone she didn't know, indeed, took the car. She never expected that a day later the car would be returned with an apology note and $30. The note read, in part: "Hello, So sorry I stole your car. I sent my friend with my key to pick up my red Subaru and she came back with your car."
