Hey Guys, I'm in my last semester in college (hoping to get OTJ soon). One my instructors gave us an assignment. We have to create a community, demographics, income, ethnic, population density the whole nine yards. We then had to create a full on police department acting as the Chief. Any tips would be helpful.
