Reginald Brown, a constable for the Baton Rouge Police Department, who said that the investigation into the shooting of Alton Sterling is still being conducted by the Department of Justice, and that Baton Rouge police are looking into the background and mindset of Gavin Long, the man who gunned down three Baton Rouge police officers.
