When I younger I was arrested and found guilty to felony embezzlement. I was put on three years of probation fines and restitution and community service. I finished my probation. I paid all my fines and did all my community service. The terms of HYTA if completed and if I have no other convictions my record would be clean. So my record is clean, do I have to enclose this info when I go and apply? I really want to become an officer but I don't know if it is worth it. Do I have a chance?
