Police say a 9-year-old girl ran away from a would-be kidnapper in Colorado, Jefferson County. Authorities say a white man approached the girl in her driveway and asked her to come with him.
The girl ran away from the man, found her parents and told them about the incident.
"She heard the door shut, she said the car was still running and she said the next thing she knew the guy was grabbing her and said, 'Come with me,'" said the girl's mother.
Police are searching for the man. They described him as 6-feet-tall and thin, with tattoos on both his arms. On his left arm, the tattoo is close, or above the elbow and depicts a red skull. He was driving a bright red four-door sedan.
