Stillwater Police Department is excited to announce a ceremony to swear in Riley Hoffman as an honorary Stillwater police officer. Riley, 10, is a young man with a keen interest in being a police officer or fireman. Riley is faced is with some challenging physical and medical issues and thought he would never get the chance to join the force.
