Relax, eye contact, smile and have good posture. Think before you answer, make it short and right to the point. Good luck!

Be honest and open. Remember Law Enforcement Officials are exposed daily to people who lie, cheat and steal. It is easy to look at someone first with a skeptical eye. Be honest, ask questions and let the interviewer know that you really know what the job is going to entail. People want to hire people who are energetic and show that they have the ability to handle the stress. Do your research about the department your are applying for. This all will help you get a foot up. Good Luck
