My son was pulled over for tints on his windows, the cop said he smelled pot and asked to search the vehicle. My son said he didn’t smoke, had nothing to hide and gave permission. The officer found 10 pills in a baggie under the passenger’s seat and was arrested along with the passenger. Well the passenger did claim it was his, can my son still be in trouble?
