I've been getting alot prank calls. The other nite I got a call from a random number saying I've been calling him. Well were going back and forth by text, just saying stupid stuff. Well it turns out he is an ex cop who claims he's going to use his law emforment friends to track me down. He can't do that, right. Isn't that illegal? I didn't do anything wrong.

It seems that you wrote to us that you didn't do anything wrong. But it looks that some of your story is missing. In any case you should go to your local PD and they can help you.
