Why do they have you fill out alot applications before you take the interview. Do they want to see if the person can write clearly and present ideas in a meaningful way? Do they grade these applications? Can a person fail from this, should I take my time filling them out? Is it possibe I can pass the interview but fail with my handwriting or something that I put on the paper?
