FBI Special Agent Rickey O'Donald died after completing a physical fitness test on Friday, February 17, 2017.
Authorities say after the test, O'Donald told other agents that he didn't really feel well and drove himself to the hospital. He collapsed in the parking lot of the hospital and was pronounced dead. It was later determined that O'Donald had a heart attack, according to officials.
O’Donald, 54, had served with the FBI for twenty nine years and was assigned to the Miami field office.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy, and daughter, Faith.
