Why Psychos Should Never Be Released From Jail

That is a clear cut sign of having no regard for life. But it's an animal, so who cares, just let him out. Someone that could set a living creature on fire, should not have access to the public. Anyone who can commit such a deplorable act because he was having a tantrum, should not be amongst us. Now a child is dead. The system needs to be cleaned up in a HUGE way. So many people that should be getting help in other ways, are behind bars with true monsters. Prison is not help. It's punishment. I know many people can turn around.. but once you've taken life, you just should not be allowed out again. Your victim doesn't have the ability to do anything ever again and the punishment should fit that. Take out the people that have never taken life or ruined it in any way and you've just freed up a lot of money to do prison right.

It depends on what we mean by 'psycho'. You can be psychotic & be a murderer at the same time or you can just be psychotic but not a criminal. It should be dealt with on a case by case basis.
