Why does she even need that thing? She was all standing up. She might be one of those people that is lazy and doesn't want to walk everywhere, there are a lot of stupid people in the world and I believe this is something one of them would do. It doesn't even seem logical that you would go up any kind of stairs with a wheeled vehicle, she probably has mental problems.
