Yes, smiling does many good things to a person's body. Also, smiling at people can cause positive reactions. Did you know that smiles are very infectious? So, if you want to brighten someone's day, just smile at that person even if you don't know him or her. A little kindness always goes a long way.

Tsk. Mental health checks should be rigorously done in the police force. Normal citizens trust them with their lives. In the Philippines, there are many cases of police officers who commit crimes just because they think that they can get away with it.

I know a lot of dumb criminals here in my neighborhood. Anyway, I don't really remember a specific one, but I always laugh at the ones who get trapped in chimneys or in between walls. Then, when the firefighters rescue them, they look so scared and repentant.
