This is very sad and I cant imagine what he's going through. The day to day stress of our lives seem to cause of mishaps like this. These types of things are happening all too often. May God help him.

I think that we have everything that we need here in the U.S. I'd probably visit Europe is I had the choice. Just experiencing a different culture would be great. I think, anywhere but the Middle East is fine with me.

Yeah exactly, this site is on point. You can get a lot of information here and get your opinions out to a larger base. Some of the stories here will have you scratching your head at times though.

Why wasn't the parents notified in the first place. There has been a mistake on one end of the this, being the school or the officer. Goes to show that the school board is mishandling the students. This story is a bit weird as well.

It's definitely an assault charge for sure. Attempted murder, I cant say. In the heat of the moment, the officer thought she went for his gun but maybe not. This woman should be put in jail though.

I'm not a big fan of the police these days but this shooting was justified. He was responding to a burglary and the dog was threatening to bite. He did the right thing. Most dogs can really injure or kill someone if they get around the neck.

Yes, guns are necessary for cops. No one would respect them if they didn't have them. Cops now days are abusing there power too much by killing innocent people though.

Fake guns can cause just as much a bigger problem as the real guns. Police officers have a right to defend and protect them selves and if someone has a fake gun, they can and will be shot. There should be a ban on these fakes and if you commit a crime, you should get the same amount of time.

Always try to be in places where others are. People will try and take advantage of people who are along. Carry some pepper spray as well, not only for bad people, but for animals. Don't go out to these places at odd times either.

Terrible story here. These things are happening too much these days. These guys are dangerous and should be off the streets as well. I cant imagine the fear of the boy and what he was thinking when this happened.

A happy ending, finally. Parents need to do more and be present in their kids lives and not just bystanders. This creep should be locked up for the rest of his life. The inmates are going to have a field day when he gets to prison.

Finally a story with a happy ending. It's funny how news like this doesn't make it on the air. The media outlets seem to just want to bombard us with all of this negative stuff. Good guy wins this time.
