2016 Ram 1500 HEMI Police Truck Revealed & Ram R/T Raced around the handling track at the FCA Chelsea Proving Grounds in Michigan. The Law Enforcement package for the Ram 1500 is a special service pickup truck, but not one that can be rated for "hot pursuit". However, the 2016 Ram 1500 R/T package sports truck is quick!
