FBI have arrested the second suspect they believe involved shooting at a Los Angeles Police Department patrol car in South L.A. on Sunday.

A joint investigation by the FBI and LAPD led to the capture of nine-teen-year-old James Brooks in Las Vegas. Eighteen-year-old Christopher Taylor was arrested Sunday, at the scene.

L.A. officials initially beleived the two officers had been ambushed. However, after an investigation, authorities say the patrol car arrived at the scene as the two suspects allegedly opened fire at a vehicle being driven by rival gang members.

"The car sped away just as an LAPD patrol car" drove by, authorities said.

Police say they retrieved a rifle and a gun at the scene. No officers were injured.

An eighteen and a nineteen year old, what do these boys know about life to go shooting police officers? They have ruined their lives and of course the lives of the officers and their families.
