In the neighborhood that I live in, there are some neighbors that put a neon yellow sign in the shape of a man with a flag in front of their driveways. They usually say "slow" or" Children at Play." I feel that they could be a distraction to drivers if they keep looking at them. We do have street signs with the speeding limit. Are they legal to have?
