Agent Victor Rosada-Rosa from the Puerto Rico Police Department was killed Wednesday, October 5, 2016.
His police motorcycle was hit from behind by a vehicle in Cayey, Puerto Rico, following a pursuit and traffic stop.
Agent Rosada-Rosa, 55, was with the Puerto Rico Police Department for 23 years.
