Detroit Police Department SWAT officers say they have taken a barricaded gunman into custody after a shot was fired at police officers Monday morning.
The suspect allegedly had a dispute with a neighbor.
"He does have a history with law enforcement," said Police Department Commander Elvin Barren. "He does have a documented mental disorder where he's prohibited from carrying a firearm."
