Best way to get into LE

I am very serious about getting into Law Enforcement. I'm sure there is plenty of avenues to take to get into LE, I just need find the best way to do it. Anybody have any advice for me. Thanks so much.

I can tell you a couple ways. Some guys will begin as reserves while waiting the testing process, others will attend the police academy at their own expense. Maybe do some volunteer work at your local police department, church, etc. Are you in school right now, how old are you?
