Four black teens have been hit with hate crime charges for allegedly torturing a white special-needs man in a Facebook live video.
The victim was shown bound and gagged. He was repeatedly kicked and hit, sliced at with a knife, and had his clothes ripped off while the four teens yelled 'f*** Donald Trump. F*** white people'.
Authorities have identified all four suspects. Jordan Hill, 18, Brittany Covington, 18, Tesfaye Cooper, 18, and Tanisha Covington, 24.
Cook County State's Attorney's Office stated they were charged Thursday morning with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery and a hate crime.
The four are scheduled to face a judge this afternoon for a bond hearing.
Authorities said the victim was treated and released from the hospital into the care of his parents.
