As a kid we used to go out on the river fairly frequently and I used to see so many other boater drinking when they were out there. My family does not drink, so I'm a little sensitive with this subject. I understand that someone can have a beer and be OK to drive their boat, but it seemed like there were way too many people out there who had more than one, probably too many to be driving. I know it's illegal to drive a boat drunk too, but how often do people actually get caught?
