BOSTON. Boston Police are guarding a possible suspect at the hospital who was injured in Monday's marathon explosion, federal officials said.

Reports say at least three people were killed and more than 170 wounded when two bombs exploded in the crowded streets close to the finish line of the marathon.
According to police there was two more explosive devices found in the area that were diffused.

Police were told to be on the lookout for a "darker skinned or black male" with a foreign accent that might have a connection with the two bombings, according to a law enforcement advisory.

Also several reports said a Saudi national that had a possible leg injury was under guard at a Boston hospital in connection with the two bombings. However authorities can’t say if this person has any involvement at this time and he is not in custody, a law enforcement official said.
