When I go play baseball, I jump over a back entrance fence that's in my neighborhood to get to the field. One of the neighbors told me that one of the home owners is taking photos of whoever jumps the fence and is going to report it to the cops. Can I get in trouble for jumping over a fence that's in the neighborhood I live in. I'm not going through anyone's property.
