Can I get this dismissed

I was arrested for DUI, however the offcer didn't read the miranda rights. I was detained for five hours and then I was let go. Since they didn't read me the miranda can I get this dismissed.

I can't believe how many people believe if they are arrested and not read miranda then the case will be dismissed.
