Can I still become a Police Officer?

I am 22 years old and I just graduated from a university with a bachelors degree in psychology. I did experiment with drugs years ago and I'm not really worried about that. The thing I'm concerned with is when I was 15, I was picked up by the police for shoplifting but never charged. Could that prevent me from getting a law enforcement job?

I think you should also be worried about the drugs. More than likely you could be DQ because there are plenty of applicants with a clean record.
