This type of thing frustrates me.
I have a hard enough time trying to find a place outside in Chicago for my son & my godson to play basketball. They both own their own because of this. The Chicago parks have taken down most of their rims from the basketball courts (in certain neighbourhoods of course) because of claimed gang activity. Yet I see 'gangs' in the park on a daily basis not to mention on the corners surrounding the parks. I don't know what I'd do if they did this to my sons basketball rim. Playing basketball cannot just be called 'soliciting' to suit charges or behaviours.
