Police are searching for a suspect caught on camera stealing a tricycle in Hampden Sunday morning.
The bike was chained up in the 1100 block of W. 36th Street at 5:30 a.m. when man cut the lock,
left for a few seconds, then returned to ride off on the tricycle.
