I just moved into my house and my new neighbor is a medical marijuana card holder in Michigan. I recently had a conversation with him and let him know that it bothered me that he was smoking it in the backyard with friends when my kids were in our pool. Everyday there are people over there having a party. I called my local drug task force and gave his name to them. They told me that several other neighbors have called to complain and he was investigated a couple of times recently but nothing came out of it. I call the police on the noise ordinance when they have loud parties but the police don't do much as they continue to have loud parties. I can't keep my windows open because of the smell of pot and drunks screaming. What can I do to put an end to this?
