Do you confront people blasting their music?

There's always stories or complaints of people blasting music in their cars or houses, sometimes intentionally to tick off neighbours or patrolling policemen. Do you take action against such people?

Sometimes I wish they would. I think it's extremely annoying when someone blares the music in their car to the point where the car is vibrating to the bass. Nobody really wants to hear you destroy your ears people!!
