I'm looking to find out what the chances are of my older brother getting extradited back to New Jersey on 2 class I felonies for weed. He moved before knowing there were any pending charges. He was informed they only have 30 days to get the extradition warrant signed. We are searching for information to calm us down. My brother has every intentions to go back and take care of everything now that he is aware of these warrants are out.
