A Haddon Township police officer shot a driver during a traffic stop. Edmond Brown, 38, of Camden, who was pulled over because he still had a handicap placard visible (it is suppose to be taken down while driving), was shot once. He survived and is now facing charges of eluding, hindering apprehension, aggravated assault, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
