How does one find a person in prison?

My friend lives here in Mexicali. She is married to a nice guy but he comes from a family of scumbags. His brother just moved here from Jersey, but now is in prison. How can we find him?

You can go to the state prison website and there should be somewhere to look up inmates. It will tell you what he's in for and what prison he's in.
