I always make an excuse

My goal is to become a police officer. I currently go to college and working towards a major in criminal justice and minor in sociology. As to date I have a clean record, good credit and no tickets. I was never the type to do drugs or drink. Now that I am in college it seems every one is doing it. When I do go out and hang with friends or go to a party they always ask me if I want a drink. I always make an excuse that I can't drink that night, I find it easier than telling them I don't drink. What can I tell them so they stop asking to drink.

No reason to lie. When they offer you something, you tell them no thank you I don't drink. If they can't accept that you don't drink, then find different friends.
