I was at the beach on Saturday and when I was driving home on the Garden State Parkway I was stopped by a NJ Trooper for speeding. I was doing 90mph in a 55mph zone. I know I was going too fast, I don't know what I was thinking. This is my first speeding ticket. I have a mandatory court appearance, can I lose my license? Should i get a lawyer and maybe he can get the charge plead down to a lesser one.
