Im looking for some advice from any LEO's that have recently went thru FTO. I have been on FTO for just about three months now, only working part time with about ten shifts a month. They just informed me that I am lacking confidence. I don't if it is because I have an FTO on my back all the time. I find myself for some reason asking or telling my FTO what my action is before hand. I should just do it and then he can tell me if I did something wrong. I am confident in what I am doing, I guess having him over my shoulder is throwing me off. How did you guys manage?

I think you just need to take action. Don't stop and ask, by doing that you are showing him that you are not confident in yourself. Your FTO will tell you afterwards what you did right and what you did wrong.
