I made a call today to the county to set up for citizenship. I wanted to be all ready for next year because I would be here from than three years. But after what I was told It will be a lot longer. They told me they charge a nominal fee of $189(excluding USCIS charges of $ 680) paying which you can access your application. I asked them why a $189? They told me they would like you to do the application correctly the first time. Remember that the USCIS does not refund the processing fee if your application is rejected. That is a total of $869.00.
