Daniel Clubb, 38, was arrested and charged in the beating death of a homeless man in what police say was a disagreement over a cellphone.
According to police, several witnesses saw the victim and a 'larger white man' engaged in an altercation in the business complex parking lot.
After the encounter, they saw the man get into a white pickup truck. He backed up into a pole and then drive away, according to authorities.
The victim was severely injured and was taken to the hospital. Two days later, he was declared brain-dead.
Descriptions of the suspect and his vehicle helped police identify him as a suspect, officials said.
A warrant was issued, and he was arrested on Tuesday. He is being held without bail at the Clark County jail on one count of murder.
